After the LA session today, a resolution was approved stating that a person who has no accumulated failures may qualify for academic awards! what does this mean, even though u have a 0.0, you can graduate with honors if u meet the qualifications such as no disciplinary record (e.g. cheating), the CGpA requirement, provided that youre able to get a 2.5 on your second take! This will be lobbied sa Student handbook revision!
just want to know your stand! SPEAK AND BE INVOLVEd!

This will be a big opportunity for students, who have gotten a grade of 0.0, to redeem themselves. We should also consider the cases of students who got a grade of 0.0 because the professor they took fails majority of the class.

THIS should be IMPLEMENTED!
everyone needs a second chance to prove themselves! So what if you fail once. It all depends as to how you rise up once again! IF you have that will and determination, then you shouldn't be eliminated from honors and rewards!
I, for one, am not consistent! I have been relaxing on the 1st year of my college life. Little to no study whatsoever! But does that mean I should be judged as what I am in the past?! Actually, I've been doing better now more than ever due to that past. I learned from my mistakes. And now, I am willing to change and to redeem myself.
Late bloomer or whatever, i deserve a chance!

I definitely agree that those who have received 0.0s still be legible for Academic Awards. HOWEVER, this isn't a school policy but a CHEd policy.
